ACT NO.65 80 BILL NO. 25-0028 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To amend title 17, section 176, Virgin Islands Code by eliminating the statute of limitations as it relates to student loans ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 17, section 176, subsection (b), Virgin Islands Code, is amended by adding a new paragraph (3) to read as follows: “(3) not subject to the limitations of actions established in title 5 chapter 3 of the Virgin Islands Code with respect actions for debt collection.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on June 18, 2003.
