Harding Lawson Associates (HLA), on behalf of Island Chemical Company, will prepare a Supplemental Work Plan designed to address concerns raised by and discussed with EPA during the project meeting. The Supplemental Work Plan will include recommendations for further activities associated with the RI currently tmderway at the site. The tasks to be presented in the Supplemental Work Plan are proposed to be performed prior to completion of the RI report. …

Harding Lawson Associates (HLA), on behalf of Island Chemical Company, will prepare a Supplemental Work Plan designed to address concerns raised by and discussed with EPA during the project meeting. The Supplemental Work Plan will include recommendations for further activities associated with the RI currently tmderway at the site. The tasks to be presented in the Supplemental Work Plan are proposed to be performed prior to completion of the RI report. The Supplemental Work Plan will include a revised schedule for completion of the RI and associated tasks. The following tasks, specified in the current project schedule, will be postponed pending EPA review and approval of the Supplemental Work Plan: Quarterly groundwater sampling event, currently scheduled for November 1995 Phase II Risk Assessment Activities, as may be required Preparation of RI Report Development of Remedial Action Objectives and Screening of Alternatives Feasibility Study, as may be required The Supplemental Work Plan will adhere to the currently approved Field Sampling Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance Project Plan.
