ACTNO, 7010 BILL NO. 27-0201 z TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act rezoning Plots Nos. 296-B Remainder Estate Barren Spot, 296-C, 296-D, 296-E and 296-F Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter, St. Croix, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family)to B-3 (Business-Scattered) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Official Zoning District Map SCZ-12, for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plots Nos. 296-B Remainder Estate Barren Spot, 296-C, 296-D and 296-E and 296-F Estate Barren Spot, King Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of 3.417 U.S. acres collectively, as more fully described on P.W.D Drawing Nos. 5458 and 4659 dated January 14, 1991 and revised January 21, from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two-Family) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
