ACTNO. 8755 BILL NO. 35-0166 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act providing an appropriation for the operation of the Bureau of School Construction and Maintenance during the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024 ---()--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum is appropriated from the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to the School Construction, Maintenance and Capital Fund during the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. 0100 GENERAL FUND FY 2024 SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE AND CAPITAL FUND = $5,000,000 TOTAL 0100 -GENERAL FUND $5,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2023.
