LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS CERTIFICATE OF ENACTMENT NOTWITHSTANDING THE GOVERNOR’S VETO THIS IS TO CERTFY THAT section 6 of Act No. 7267 (Bill No. 29-0072), An Act appropriating $300,000 to the Department of Public Works for construction of a vendors’ plaza on St. John; amending title 14 Virgin Islands Code, section 298 to add two categories to aggravated assault and battery as crimes under chapter 13; amending title 11 Virgin Islands Code, section 1405, to allow individuals entering the farming or fishing industry to qualify for funding; to appropriate 2 million dollars from the St. Croix Capital improvement fund to the Virgin Islands Finance Authority for services related to work on a multipurpose indoor complex on St. Croix; to authorize Department of Property and Procurement to transfer title and ownership of certain property to the Virgin Islands Housing Authority; to amend Act No. …
