Or will they be required in the proposal? Yes Will both sites be required to be Networked or Interconnected via Wide Area Network (WAN)? Yes - we want it such that a call in the STT district may be transferred to the STX district Will any paging (Either external or via Phones) be required for the system? if this includes intercom, then yes, but limited Which existing phone system is currently in use? NORTEL Networks 3903, 3904, 2008, and 2616 Series « Brand & Model — Software Version? (take pics of the two phone types we have if we can't find the models on the back of the systems) = Can you provide detailed reports from this system? don't know « If itis an existing Nortel or Avaya system do you have Administrator Access for reports & Site ID/Sold-to Number information? existing personnel does not Will you be re-using existing Station Cabling/Wiring (CATSE or CAT6)? Yes What is the required installation date? prefer within 30 days of finalizing contract
