They met the victim who explained that an acquaintance, Mr. Emeka Watson, broke her window and used a car battery to damage her front door to gain entry into her home. While inside, he attempted to hit the victim. Mr. Watson fled the scene before the officers’ arrival. On July 18, 2023, Mr. Emeka Watson, 21-year-old, turned himself in to police at the Criminal Investigation Bureau at the Rainbow Police Administration Building where he was charged with Burglary Second, and Destruction of Property. No bail was set as per the Domestic Violence law. …
