ACT NO. 740 * BILL NO. 29-0380 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act granting Plot No. 2B-1 Estate Mt. Pleasant, Prince Quarter, St. Croix a use variance from the C (Commercial) zoning designation ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29, chapter 3, subchapter 1, section 238a of the Virgin Islands Code, a variance is granted from the uses allowed in the C (Commercial) zoning designation for Plot No. 2B-1 Estate Mt. Pleasant, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.8625 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on OLG Drawing No. 5562, to allow for the addition of two residential apartments.
