103D CONGRESS 2D SESSION H. R. 4192 AN ACT To designate the United States Post Office building located at 3000 Veterans Drive in Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands, as the ‘‘Arturo R. Watlington, Sr. Post Office’’. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 2 •HR 4192 EH SECTION 1. DESIGNATION. 1 The United States Post Office building located at 2 3000 Veterans Drive in Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands, 3 shall be known and designated as the ‘‘Arturo R. 4 Watlington, Sr. Post Office’’. 5 SEC. 2. REFERENCES. 6 Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 7 paper, or other record of the United States to the building 8 referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference 9 to the Arturo R.
