COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE/SESSION BILL NO. 35-0325 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands August 30, 2024 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. STZ-9 to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. 19-1-2-8 Estate Smith Bay, Nos.1, 2, and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands from A-2 (Agriculture) to B-3 (Business-Scattered), with a use variance for agricultural use and water delivery service PROPOSED BY: Senator Novelle. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official 2 Zoning Map No. STZ-9 is amended by changing the designation of Parcel No. 19-1-2-8 Estate 3 Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2, and 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of 4 approximately 3.0 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9-9375-T019, from A-2 5 (Agriculture) to B-3 (Business Scattered), with a use variance for agricultural use and water 6 delivery service. 7 BILL SUMMARY 8 This bill changes the zoning designation of Parcel No. …
