The following is received froiu Minister Swenson, under date of April 22: The government of the Danish West Indies, in view of the appear- ance of smallpox in the Island of Grenada and in the Grenadines, declared under date of March 17, ultimo, a quLarantine of fifteen days against vessels arriving from the above-mentioned places.
