ACT NO. 7263 BILL NO. 29-0035 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act authorizing the Executive Branch to enter into a memorandum of understanding with the U.S. | Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Protection and the Transportation Security Administration to obtain information concerning firearms or other dangerous, weapons, substances and items which have been declared by passengers entering into the territory wecQece Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The Governor, or his designee, may enter into a memorandum of understanding with United States Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection Division and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to facilitate the territory’s obtaining information concerning firearms or other dangerous weapons, substances and items that have been declared by passengers entering into the territory.
