ACENO. 7151 Win BILL NO. 28-0104 GOVERNOR TWENTY-EIGHT LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS —_ Regular Session 2009 An Act amending title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, subchapter II, section 32 (a) by reducing the number of Commissioners from nine to seven; and amending Act No. 6984 relating to employees of the Retroactive Wage Commission ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, subchapter II, section 32 (a) is amended by striking the word “nine” and inserting the word “seven”. SECTION 2. Act No. 6984, (Bill No. 27-0131) is amended by adding Section 6 to read: “SECTION 6. The provisions contained in title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 27, section 706a do not apply to any person employed to assist the Retroactive Wage Commission.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 22, 2009.
