ACTNO.9045 BILL NO. 36-0186 THIRTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2025 An act appropriating $6,074,209 from the GVI/JPMC Charitable Fund to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands for the fiscal year October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $6,074,209 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, from the GVI/JPMC Charitable Fund established by Act No.8922, section 2, to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands, to be distributed to the following organizations and programs funded by the Government of Virgin Islands through the miscellaneous section of the fiscal year 2026 General Fund budget: JAA ATHLETIC PROGRAM INTERSCHOLASTIC SPORTS DHS ALIGN COMMUNITY MENTORSHIP PROGRAM* DHS BETHEL METHODIST YOUTH OUTREACH* DHS BETHLEHEM HOUSE STT* DHS BETHLEHEM HOUSE STX* DHS CATHOLIC CHARITIES #6693* 2 DHS CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING* DHS CRISIS INTERVENTION FUND* DHS EAGLE NEST* DHS HEARTS IN SERVICE …
