ACT NO. 8264 BILL NO. 33-0151 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN LSLANDS Regular Session 2019 An Act amending title 15, part II, chapter 11, section 167 of the Virgin Islands Code by increasing the threshold for summary administration of estates in the Virgin Islands ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgit; Islands: SECTION 1. Title 15, part 11. chapter 11, section 167 of the Virgin Islands Code is amended as follows: (a) By striking “three hundred” and inserting “one hundred thousand” in its place: and (h) By striking “district court” and inserting “Superior Court” in its place.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on December 19, 2019.
