ACT NO.6660 BILL NO. 25-0175 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS | OF THE UNITED STATES _. Regular Session 2004 To rezone Parcels No. 9, 9-1 and 24-1 Estate Charlotte Amalie, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, U. S. Virgin Islands from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to C (Commercial) ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation of Parcels No. 9 and 9-1, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands as shown on P.W.D. File No. D9-507-T65, consisting of approximately 3.42 and 0.5 respectively, and Parcel No. 24-1, No. 3 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands as shown on P.W.D. File No. D9-4158-T87, consisting of 2.79 U.S. acres, from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to C (Commercial).
