ACTNO. 676] BILL NO. 26-0025 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2005 To amend title 3 Virgin Islands Code to establish the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. --0-- BE. JT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code is amended by adding chapter 14 to read as follows: “CHAPTER 14. § 227. As used in this chapter, unless the context requires, otherwise (a) “Director” means the Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (b) “Bureau” means the Bureau of Motor Vehicles | (c) “Fund” means the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Fund established under § 232. § 228. There is established in the executive branch of the Government of the Virgin Islands, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. § 229. The Bureau shall be administered under the supervision and direction of the Director. …
