ACT NO. 7329 BILL NO. 29-0221 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 394-A-41 Estate Annas Retreat No.1 New Quarter, St. Thomas from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to C (Commercial) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238, Official Zoning Map STZ-9 for the Island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 394-A-41 Estate Annas Retreat, No. 1 New Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately .36 U.S. acres as more adequately described on O.L.G. No. D9-8451-T010, dated June 15, 2010 from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to C (Commercial).
