Question/Answer ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. BIDDERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF THIS AMENDMENT WITH THEIR BID PROPOSAL. Question/Answer: 1. In reviewing RFP-046-T-2020 (P) - Phase I Drainage Improvements to Smith Bay, I noticed that the provided Appendices were in reference to another RFP (Donoe Bypass Improvements). If possible, I would like to request the Appendices related to RFP-046-T- 2020 (P) - Phase I Drainage Improvements to Smith Bay. 2.
