Item 1. ; Colonial Council Bill No. 53. : Introduction of and Ist Discussion on Colonial Council Bii: No. 53, Ad- ditional Money Bill inrroduced by Goverament granting the Depart- ment of Kducation the sum of Fres, 23,812.00 for fransfer of the fred- eriksted High School and 2 further sum of Fres, 812.50 for the re-im- bursament of Theodore Roosevelt Grammar School for over payments of rent. The 3ill reads as follows: Colonial Councii Bill No. 53. 2nd Council, 2nd Session 1920-1921. ADDITIONAL MONEY BILL to the Budget for the Municipality of St. Crowx, for the fiscal year ending 30th June 1921. To the Department of Education (Maintenance) is hereby grantad the snm of Fres. 23,812.00 for transfer to the Frederiksted High School Redemption Fund, and for further transfer to the Reserve Fund to cover the unpaid part of the loan of Franes 25,000.00 for the purchase of the Frederiksted High School building; and a further sum of Fres. 312 50 for the reimbursement of Theodore Rcocevelt Grammar School for overpayments of rent provided that in future the Govern- ment may rent to private parties such part of the Frederiksted Hivu School building as may not e needed by the Department of Edu- cation,—the money <o received to be deposited in the treasury of the Municipality of 3t.
