Owners of estates are to specify in writing the exact number of acres in su- gar cultivaticn, in cotton cultivation, in other cultivation and in pcsture. Also information concerning the buildings on the estate and the appropriation thereof, especially if (here are rooms rented to other than laborers p2rmanently employ- ed, and the length and width of said rooms and the rental thereof. Ifany portion of the land is considered to be useless, and yields no revenve to the owner, the number of acres of such portion must be stated in the taxlist and a certificate on oath issued by the pro- prietor and two Burghers residing in the quarter, and furthermere attested ST ORdl LX AN | F -by the Quarter Officer, and delivered to the Commission.
