ACTNO. 8409 BILL NO. 33-0433 THIRTY-THIRD LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2020 An Act amending title 19 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 34, section 777 (b), relating to the composition of the Virgin Islands Cannabis Advisory Board, to replace the expert in Cannabis technology member with a representative of the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs aaa)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 19, chapter 34, section 777, subsection (b), as amended by Act No. 8390, enacted September 25, 2020, by override of the Governor’s veto of Bill No. 33-0335, is amended by striking “one expert in Cannabis technology” and inserting “one representative of the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs”.
