ACT NO. 6909 BILL NO. 27-0031 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act rezoning Parcel Nos. Remainder 17D, Remainder 17G and 17G-1 Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) to C (Commercial) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to 29 V. I. C., chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ Map No. 7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel Nos. Remainder 17D, Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 3.3866 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on O. L. G. Map No. C9-297-T86, dated July 8, 1986 and Parcel Nos. Remainder 17G and 17G-1 Estate Bovoni, Nos. 1 & 2 Frenchman’s Bay Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately .3118 and 1.3503 U.S. acres respectively, as more adequately described on O.L.G. Map No. D9-6152-T 96, dated November 14, 1996, from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) to C (Commercial). SECTION 2. …
