ACTNO. 875 6 BILL NO. 35-0167 THIRTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2023 An Act providing an appropriation from the District Public Road Fund to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works for the repairs of the government road in Estate Crown and Hawk, St. Thomas ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The sum of $200,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2024, from the District Public Road Fund established in title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 111, section 3002 to the Virgin Islands Department of Public Works for the repair of the government road in Estate Crown and Hawk, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, leading to 9E and 9F Estate Crown and Hawk. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2023. Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this 26Moay of September, A.D., 2023.
