ACTNO, 8066 BILL NO. 32-0214 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act ratifying the Governor's approval of Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-23-16W issued to William P. Shea for the continued use and occupancy of a 36’x 4” straight pier with a 20° x 8’ “L” head and two 12”x 36” concrete strips serving as a ramp WHEREAS, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-23-16W to William P. Shea on November 22, 2016, and the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-23-16W on April 25, 2017; and WHEREAS, the Permit allows William P. Shea the continued use and occupancy of a 36°x 4 straight pier with a 20° x 8’ “L” head and two 12x 36” concrete strips serving as a ramp.
