(Google Earth or other satellite images are not sufficient.) The Department will coordinate obtaining approvals from Historic Preservation, Stormwater Management, Endangered Species, Freshwater Wetlands, Flood Hazard Areas, the Pinelands Commission (if applicable), and the Highlands Council (if applicable). Additional information may be requested. CERTIFICATIONS AND ENDORSEMENTS Note: The local fire official, the Director of the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority or the Commissioner of Public Works, the Director of VITEMA or Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR) Office may sign off below or attach separate endorsements from each official: Certification by Executive Director of the VI Waste Management Authority or Commissioner of Public Works Supervisor, or Director of entity requesting approval “ I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted in this document and all attachments and that, based on my inquiry of those individuals immediately responsible for obtaining the information, I believe that the information is true, accurate, and complete. I am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false information and that submitting false information may result in environmental citation.
