Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the designation of Parcel Nos. 5-F Rem. and 5-A-i Estate Agnes Fancy, No. 8-H Great Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of approximately 0.5 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9-7475-T004 dated February 6, 2004, from R-l (Residential-Low Density) to R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family).
