July 12, 2021 PUBLIC NOTICE VIRGIN ISLANDS CASINO CONTROL COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING & HEARING (St. Croix, USVI – July 12, 2021) – The Virgin Islands Casino Control Commission announces that a Commission Meeting and Hearing has been scheduled for 9:30 am Thursday, July 22, 2021. The Commission will conduct a Hearing for AK Chandling and Supplies, and Grapetree Shores Inc., regarding violations of Title 32 of the VI Code, Sections 444 and 471; Status Update on Divi Resort Hotel Rooms Renovations and Repairs; and Caravelle Hotel and Casino Petition Request for a Compliance Extension for the required Banquet Space at the facility. The Commission’s meeting will also consider a Patron Complaint from Dolly Ramsingh and Eleverne T. Lampkin, and the Division of Gaming Enforcement Petition for Exclusion regarding patron Harold Willocks, Jr. The Commission meeting and hearing will be held at the Virgin Islands Casino Control Commission’s Hearing Room located at 3005 Orange Grove, Christiansted, St. Croix. Limited seating will be available to the public and all COVID 19 Pandemic Protocols will be enforced.
