ACT NO.6655 BILL NO. 25-0169 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To grant a zoning use variance for Plot No. 86E, Estate Solitude, East End Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, for the purpose of allowing a small dock for private use ---()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a zoning variance is granted from the R-2 designation, to Plot No. 86E, Estate Solitude, East End Quarter, Christiansted, St. Croix, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-8 for the island of St. Croix, consisting of approximately 1.374 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 5192, dated December 14, 2000, for the purpose of allowing for a small dock for private use. All other requirements of the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation, the Coastal Zone Management Act, and all other requirements of law shall continue to apply. …
