ACT NO, 7694 BILL NO. 30-0497 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act ratifying Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-13-14W issued to the Virgin Islands Port Authority WHEREAS, the Acting Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources on August 29, 2014, issued Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-13-14W to the Virgin Islands Port Authority; and WHEREAS, Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-13-14W allows the Virgin Islands Port Authority to occupy and construct on 0.06 acres (2,613 Square feet) of filled submerged land, including 118 linear feet of rip-rap and allows repairs to 34,642 square feet of an existing concrete apron located seaward of Plot No. 2A & B Garden Street, Gallows Bay, Christiansted, St. Croix, Virgin islands; and WHEREAS, the Governor of the Virgin Islands approved Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. …
