The Trunk or Treat event on St. Croix will be held on Saturday, October 28th at The Mall of St. Croix (formerly K-mart-West) parking lot and Sunday, October 29th on St. Thomas at the West Indian Company Dock (adjacent to Pier 22). Both events will be from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This is a free event for children and families of the territory to engage in a fun and safe Halloween event. …
