ACT NO, 6744 BILL NO. 26-0055 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session — 2005 To amend Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for Parcels No. 2A and No. 2F. Estate Donoe, No. 2A New Quarter. St. Thomas from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to C (Commercial) ---()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels No. 2A and No. 2F, Estate Donoe, No. 2A New Quarter, St. Thomas consisting of approximately 2.16 and 4.618 U.S. acres, respectively, as more accurately described on OLG Drawings No. D9-4855-T90, dated March 3, 1989, and D9-7512-T005, dated October 29, 2004, respectively. from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to C (Commercial).
