ACT NO, 807 BILL NO. 32-0159 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 An Act ratifying Minor Coastal Zone Permit No. CZJ-27-16W issued to Lovango Shores, LLC to allow for the continued use of an existing 5° wide “L” shaped dock (434 sq. feet of water area) as depicted on OLG Map #D9-7138-T002 located in Pillsbury Sound, seaward of Parcel | Remainder, Lovango Cay, St. John WHEREAS, Lovango Shores, LLC applied for a Minor Coastal Zone Permit for the continued use of a 5° wide “L” shaped dock (434 square feet of water area) located in Pillsbury Sound, seaward of Parcel 1 Remainder, Lovango Cay, St. John on May 16, 2016; and WHEREAS, on November 9, 2016, the Commissioner of the Department of Planning & Natural Resources. The Honorable Dawn L. Henry, approved Minor Coastal Zone Permit CZJ-27- 16W, which authorizes Lovango Shores, LLC to continue the use of a 5° wide “L” shaped dock located in Pillsbury sound, seaward of Parcel 1 Remainder, Lovango Cay, St. John.
