COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE BILL NO. 35-0052 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands March 2, 2023 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-3 for the island of St. John to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. 14 Rem. Estate Carolina, Coral Bay Quarter, St. John from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood) PROPOSED BY: Senator Novelle E. Francis, Jr. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map 2 No. SJZ-3 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the designation of Parcel No.14- 3 Rem. Estate Carolina, Coral Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of approximately 2.309 U.S. 4 acres, as shown on Drawing No. D9-6941-T001 dated February 23, 2017, from R-2 5 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood). 6 Bill Summary 7 This bill changes the zoning designation of Parcel No. 14 Rem.
