ACT NO. 7277 BILL NO. 29-0142 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2011 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 2 Remainder Estate Donoe, No. 2A New Quarter, St. Thomas from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to $ (Special) =)= Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, the Official Zoning Map No. STZ-7, for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 2 Remainder Estate Donoe, No. 2A New Quarter St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 57.212 U.S. acres as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing/OLG Map No. A9-710-T007 from R-1 (Residential-Low Density) to S (Special).
