ACT NO, 6911 BILL NO. 27-0033 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act granting a use variance to Plot No. 498-D Estate Strawberry, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, from the B-3 district zoning designation to operate a radio station and transmittal studio ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) Pursu ant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, a use variance is granted for Plot No. 498-D Estate Strawberry, Queen Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.146 acres, as more accurately described on Department of Public Works Drawings No. 4996 and 5032, dated February 2, 1995, from the B-3 zoning district to operate a radio station and transmittal studio with the following conditions: (1) that only the legal egress and ingress may be used for vehicular traffic; and (2) no antennae on the property may adversely affect the aesthetics of the area. (b) All other provisions of the B-3 zoning district remains applicable to the subject property. …
