The following sum, or so much as may be necessary to accomplish the specified purposes, is appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Health Revolving Fund for the fiscal year October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024. 6079 HEALTH REVOLVING FUND NON-LAPSING FY 2024 700 V.1.
