SEATRANS; PETITION ) FOR FORFEITURE AND FINES ) ) ORDER WHEREAS, on March 28, 2012, the Government of the Virgin Islands by and through the Virgin Islands Department of Justice (hereinafter “Department of Justice”) submitted a Petition for Forfeiture and Fines of the exclusive franchise of Aquatic Management, LLC. d/b/a V.I. SeaTrans (hereinafter “V.J. SeaTrans”) to the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (hereinafter, “PSC” or the “Commission”); and WHEREAS, on April 30, 2012, the Commission directed in Order No. 20/2012 that a docket be established to begin the hearing process and to appoint a Hearing Examiner for the review of the Petition for Forfeiture and Fines at its next scheduled meeting; and WHEREAS, on May 8, 2012, the Commission met in Regular Session at the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission’s Conference Room located at 1003 Estate Ross/Barbel Plaza, Suite #4, St. …

Kleeger as the Hearing Examiner to preside over the proceedings for the Petition for Forfeiture and Fines submitted by the Department of Justice; and NOW THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED, that Attorney Lorin M. Kleeger is appointed as the Hearing Examiner to preside over the proceedings for the Petition for Forfeiture and Fines submitted by the Department of Justice .
