ACTND = 80 BILL NO. 32-0237 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act amending title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 25, subchapter V, section 555b to provide for minimum wage for employees of the Government of the Virgin Islands and its semi-autonomous agencies and independent instrumentalities a Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 25, subchapter V, section 555b is amended by striking “$20,000” wherever it appears in this section and inserting “$27,040”. SECTION 2. This act takes effect October 1, 2018. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on August 31, 2018.
