What is your ERP system? Tyler MUNIS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the “System of Record” for the Government of the Virgin Islands 5. Item #2 states, “Assist with the Office of Federal Grants with the re-organization of the financial records of each Federally funded program.” How are you defining re-organization? Does the scope of work only pertain to awards received by the Department of Health or the entire GVI? - Only awards received by the Department of Health 7. Can we get a copy of the “List of Required Docs 09.17.2018” that is identified in section L “Mandatory List of Required Supporting Documents to Contract with Government of the Virgin Islands” We were unable to access the attachment. Provided by DPP 8. What types of Federal awards are included in this SOW? Formula grants, Cooperative Agreements 9. Do you have a current NICRA? Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement – Yes 10. Who is your cognizant agency? U.S. Department of Health and Human Services 11. Item #4 states, “Formulate the Indirect Cost Budget,” are you referring to indirect cost recovery to be used for operational purposes? - Yes 12. Can the work be performed remotely, or will onsite presence be requested? Will the awarded consultant have remote access into the ERP and other grant files? No, Due to the nature of the information, the files cannot leave the premises. Also, there is no electronic grant files. All files are hardcopies.
