In spite of recovery efforts costing in excess of $100,000 only a portion of GEC’s emails were recovered and none of our contract records. All of the Files recovered from our emails are attached in this folder. DPW/SPR may have more drawings on file for the original Contract designs. o See attached PDF folder – Design as revised by Governor Mapp – All of the Files recovered from our emails are included – see note above. Government approvals per payment schedule below show dates plans were submitted and approved. o A breakdown of the $170,000 (not $169,000) cost  $ 15,000 Preliminary design December 2015  $ 22,500 Conceptual design February 2016  $ 37,500 Schematic Design March 2016  $ 15,000 Civil/Foundations designs March 2016  $ 30,000 60% design approved by GVI April 2017  $ 16,000 90% design approved by GVI May 2017  $ 25,500 100% design approved by GVI July 2020  $161,500 Approved and paid to date  $ 8,500 Remaining to be billed  $170,000 Total value • Authorization for the removal and reuse of the stadium wall by GEC o Change Order 1 to the Construction Contract contained the following language regarding Structures and Obstructions that specifically gave the Contractor the right to salvage the existing outfield wall and stadium lights and poles. o All structures, fences, buildings, or encumbrances of any character, upon or within the limits of the Site, shall be carefully removed by the Contractor and disposed of as indicated on the Plans and Specifications or directed by the Government Engineer and/or the Owner’s Representative. Any material so removed, with the exception of materials resulting from the demolition of the existing outfield wall and stadium lights and poles, that was added via Change Order 1, which the Government Engineer and/or the Owner’s Representative may order salvaged shall be carefully stored and remain the property of the Government and may be used in the construction if so ordered.
