Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources is pleased to announce the next session of the Talking Books Book Club, taking place on Wednesday, November 12 at 10:00 a.m. at the Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Challenged, now located within the Florence Williams Library in Christiansted.
