ACT NO.6651 BILL NO. 25-0165 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES , Regular Session 2004 To grant a zoning use variance for Parcels No. 1B and 1BA, Estate Morning Star, St. Croix, for the purpose of operating an open-air restaurant ---(--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, section 238a, Virgin Islands Code, a zoning variance is granted from the R-2 zoning designation to Parcels No. 1B and 1BA on Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-8 for the island of St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.565 U.S. acres and 0.50 US. acres, respectively, for a total of 1.065 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 4239, dated October 8, 1984, and revised November 2, 1984, for the purpose of operating an open-air restaurant. All other requirements of the R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) zoning designation shall continue to apply. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 11, 2004. …
