BILL NO. 30-0068 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2013 An Act granting a zoning variance for Plot No. 51 of Parcel No. 15 VI Corp Land, Prince Quarter, St. Croix Virgin Islands to allow for the operation of a tutoring center ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance to the B-2 (Business-Residential Areas) zoning designation is granted for Plot No. 51 of Parcel No. 15 VI Corp Land, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 236 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on the Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-11 and further described on Survey Map No. 3042 dated April 28, 1972 to allow for the operation of a tutoring center. All other requirements of the B-4 (Business- Residential Areas) Zoning designation continue to apply to the property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on April 16, 2013. …
