OMAN, ' ' Governor, 51 O ROGIII X AN LS - -*H‘ : g RESOLUTION. .Be it enacted by the Colomial Council for St. Croix in Session assembled:-- THAT the unexpended balance of funds appropriated under main- tenance for the department of Public Instruction for the fiscal year 1918--19 shail be available to pay for school books, meps and other similar equipment, contract- ed for during the said fiscal year but not delivered before the expi- ration thereof, it being expressly understood that this authcrization is limited to the purpose above mentioned &@nd that no change in classification of- the bocks, maps etc.; from equipment to mainten- ance is intended. : Thus duly passed at the 2nd Ordinary Meeting of the Colonial Council, held Monday, August 18, 1919.
