ACT NO, 7900 BILL NO. 31-0406 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 33 VIC, § 3003, (e), the following sum, or so much as necessary, is appropriated from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Fund for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2016 and ending September 30, 2017.
