ACT NO. 6907 BILL NO. 27-0029 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act conditionally rezoning Remainder Matricular No. 38, Estate Pearl, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix from A-1 (Agricultural Zone) to R-3 (Residential Medium Density) ---)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Conditional rezoning Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-12 and 13 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Remainder Matricular No. 38 Estate Pearl, Queen’s Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 112.297 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 3136, dated August 9, 1973, from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-3 (Residential Medium Density) subject to the conditions established in sections 2 and 3 of this Act.
