BILL NO. 27-0172 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 2 of Martricular 1AB and 1BB Estate Mount Welcome on the island of St. Croix ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-7, for the island of St. Croix, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 2 of Martricular 1AB and 1BB Estate Mount Welcome, East End Quarter A, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.16 U.S. acres collectively as more adequately described on OLG Drawing No. 90, dated July 4, 1944, from W-2 (Waterfront-Industrial) to B-3 (Business-Scattered).
