Mr. Southwell Jr. was wanted for strangling and causing visible injuries to an adult female on August 28, 2022. 22-year-old Chesney Southwell Jr. was placed under arrest for Assault in the Second Degree DV, False Imprisonment, kidnapping and Grand Larceny; He was processed and booked.
