ACTNO. 778° BILL NO. 31-0211 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2015 An Act providing for the operating expenses of the Public Employees Relations Board and the Labor Management Committee for Fiscal Year October |, 2015 to September 30, 2016 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The sum of $1,106,370 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant to title 33 Virgin Islands Code, section 3066, to the Public Employees Relations Board for operating expenses. (b) The sum appropriated in subsection (a) remains available until expended. SECTION 2. (a) The sum of $175,000 is appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2016, from the Union Arbitration Award and Government Employees Increment Fund, established pursuant 33 VIC §3066, to the Labor Management Committee for operating expenses.
